Hi all.
I hope this finds you all safe and well.
First of all, I will start with something that might by glaringly obvious to some of you, but you may have noticed that we don’t yet have a gallery. Adding more storage can be costly and we are running on a limited budget. Having a gallery is still on the cards, but not until I can find a sugar mummy. 🙂
I had my first covid jab a few weeks ago and I’m looking forward to seeing the back of this virus. To say I’m looking forward to things getting back to normal, is probably the wrong thing to say. Normal is a thing of the past, so now we have to move forward and stop taking things for granted. It will take a long time before we see our favourite bands again, as travel restrictions are slowly going to be lifted in the coming months. Does anyone here honestly believe that Maiden’s tour of Europe is still going to happen? And with new European laws being added, how will Maiden do it? Currently, the new rules state that any English based crew members are only allowed in the EU for 3 days at a time. I honestly can’t see Dave Murray doing a show with anyone other than Colin Price, can you? I’m sure the Maiden management are looking at all options as we speak, so we shall see. But that’s my two pennies worth. It will be interesting to see what you think. Please feel free to comment below.
So, a new magazine has been released by Rock Classic in Austria where I have been interviewed about Iron Maiden’s early years, and it’s available to order in English from here. If you don’t know your history, then this is a must for newbies, and if you think you know your history, then get it anyway as a collectors piece. Well written, informative, and it has an interview with me. There is also an E-version from Readly. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
Well, that’s enough from me for a while. Hopefully my next blog will be after I have my right eye fixed. This cataract has to go.
Bye for now!
Stay safe.
